Children age 5+ are invited to an immersive (drop off) session in the world of crystals - the colourful stones with energy superpowers that balance our energy and allow for that inner joy.

The session is interactive as children are engaged in the conversation and taught through play. They learn about crystals properties, where they can be found, how to choose crystals, energy centres on the body (chakras) and key words that allow for children to recognise the energy of a crystal by colour. For example, the black tourmaline is the calming stone. The theory is followed by a short meditation with body layouts (crystals placed on energy centres) and one with mandalas (if the time allows). 

The session is taught by Teodora, our guest teacher from London, sought-after consciousness coach and practitioner for kids workshops. 

All materials are provided. Children are offered hot chocolate at the end of the session and a crystal, as a gift.
