    QIGONG WITH ANDREA WEBER - This class is an "inner nourishing Qi Gong" that strengthens and nourishes muscles and tendons. When the Qi flows effortlessly in the body, we feel well and healthy. And in a natural way the mind and breathing calm down. In a dynamic way we awaken the Qi of the 12 meridians. Our hands mindfully guide the Qi from the periphery to the centre and vice versa. Rotating the spine stimulates and harmonises the internal organs. In the end we open the door to be connected to heaven and earth.

    BREATHWORK WITH MELINDA CANGE - Learn about breathing methods that elevate your energy, help you relax, and regulate your nervous system. Through guided spiritual work, dharma talks, and light body movement, you'll find deeper relaxation within and easily connect to the present moment. You’ll discover a fusion of ancient breathwork practices, mind navigation techniques, and the modern science behind your neurobiological system. Explore 'bandhas' and breath-holds to access 'the void'—a state for powerful co-creation and manifestation.

    TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA WITH ANJA BURIAN - Traditional Hatha Yoga consists of asanas (physical movement), pranayama (breathwork) and most importantly meditation. Through this traditional, complete way of practicing, you will balance the nervous system, release stress, tension and become more stable and observant instead of stressed and reactive. You learn how to let go of the mind and reconnect with your body, breath and heart. This class includes tools you can use in your everyday life to improve your sleep, calm yourself, increase focus and productivity.

    GONG BATH WITH ALAN STEINBORN - Take some time just for you. Go on a musical journey with a gong bath. We start with a 1 hour gong bath. Then when it is over, we naturally transition into 1/2 hour of golden silence. The result is an intense feeling of bliss, clarity and rejuvenation. No skill is required. Just the desire to experience a deeply quiet mind.

    YIN YOGA WITH RADA BLAGOJEVIC - This 60-minute yin yoga class invites you to take a moment to unwind and be gentle with yourself. It introduces you to the power emanating from slower movements and inner stillness. The yin poses are held for a period of 3-5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues (fascia) and the organ system of the body (meridians).

    SOUND HEALING WITH LUCIANA AGOSTINELLI - Be prepared to be taken on a journey through sound, vibration and a deep connection with yourself. While you lay down, Luciana leads and ends the class with a soothing, guided meditation. A beautiful mix of instruments, Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls are played while you are submerged in the resonance of sound.

    Join Sacred Ways’ for their unique Sound and Breath Ceremony. It is a breathwork journeys infused with sound giving individual and collective transformation; let thy breath be thy medicine and guide you to your innate wisdom within.

    With its fundament in CEB, Marc has created the Naikando Method®, which incorporates elements of frequency and sound therapy. He has enriched the method with the use of tuning forks and toning through the voice, the latter particularly when in deep meditative states. This innovative approach enhances the method's capacity for self-healing.

    Join Paul and Patrick for a men's breathwork session. Conscious connected breathing is a circular breathing method in which we skip the pause between the in- & exhale. This allows us to dive into our subconscious and help us to promote inner processes, unfold ourselves, enhance self-awareness, release energetic or physical blockages.     YOGA FLOW WITH SAMI REGUIG - Start into the day with extended, high- paced yoga practice.

    You will be gently guided from soft stretching to challenging and deep asanas (poses). Improve your balance, coordination and mind-body connection and feel fully recovered before the new week.
