Cancellation Policy
Group / private classes must be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the class. You can do this via your MindBody online account. If you have any trouble please email us to cancel your class (this still must be done no later than 12 hours before). Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.
Appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the appointment. You can do this via your MindBody online account. If you have any trouble please email us to cancel your appointment (this must still be done no later than 24 hours before). Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.
Purchase Policy
Introductory Offers
All introductory offers are for first time clients only.
Class Packages
Packages can not be placed on hold unless for pregnancy reasons.
Class Passes are valid for their stated valid amount.
All class purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
Memberships
Cancelled memberships will end on the last day of the paid valid membership.

Arriving for class
You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time or your reserved place may be offered up to a waiting student. We cannot admit latecomers.Waitlists
If you are added to the waitlist when booking and a space opens up, you will automatically be added from the waitlist in to that class. If you have email notifications enabled in your account you will receive an 'added from the waitlist' automatic email notification. Please add 'info@be.life' to your emails safe senders list to stop automatic emails going in to spam. You can view which classes you are registered for in your account. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking.Pricing

Liability
The organiser Be: Holistic GmbH, as well as the teachers, assume liability for the proper implementation of the courses/events/workshops within the framework of the statutory warranty provisions. Any further liability, in particular claims for damages, are expressly excluded. The organiser therefore assumes no liability of any kind, in particular no liability in the event of concealment of any physical or mental illnesses that make participation in the classes, appointments and workshops seem inadvisable.
The use of the course premises and offers is at the participants' own risk. No liability is assumed for valuables brought along.
For all courses, events and retreats organised by Be: Holistic GmbH, we exclude any liability for damage incurred. Each participant is responsible for adequate insurance coverage. Be: Holistic GmbH cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.
Ability to Participate, Own Responsibility
Existing mental or physical limitations or an existing pregnancy must be reported to the course management at the latest at the beginning of the course/workshop/event. Should a health restriction or pregnancy occur during the course/event/workshop, the course management must be informed immediately.
If you have any doubts about your health or mental fitness, we recommend that you seek the appropriate expert advice before registering. In the case of acute physical or psychological problems, a doctor should be consulted beforehand to determine our classes offered make sense. Our classes have healing effects on the physical and mental condition, however, they are not not medical or psychotherapeutic treatments.
The course management reserves the right to refuse participants if the organiser is of the opinion that the health or psychological requirements for participation in the event are not met. This refusal can also be expressed at short notice or during ongoing courses. In this case, the course costs will be reimbursed pro rata.
