This workshop will introduce you to the anatomy of breath and the benefits of breathing correctly and consciously, easy to understand by everyone, regardless of gender or age and no yoga experience is necessary. This knowledge is beneficial for everyone.
Within these two hours, we will teach you a fundamental way to improve your overall health, performance and stress-levels by using your breathing in the right way. You will leave this workshop with practical tools that you can use to calm your nervous system whenever you need it.

Meet the speaker:
Petra is a certified life and somatic coach based in Zürich. She is also a yoga and pranayama teacher. Her intention is to build a safe space for growth and compassion towards ourselves and each other.
Jennifer is an experienced yoga and pranayama teacher, teaching movement for over 10 years. She is known for her warm presence and her effective guidance and teaching style.
