In just 60 minutes, you will immerse yourself in a transformative practice that includes improvisational dance, breath work, vocal toning, affirmations, body tapping, gratitude prayers, and meditation. You'll also engage in journaling to reflect on your insights and realizations.
The Magnetic Flow promotes personal growth, equipping you with somatic tools to navigate work pressures and personal challenges, cultivating a more balanced professional and personal life.
Melinda is the founder and facilitator of The Magnetic Flow Experience and has hosted this training many times at festivals, events, and in corporations, as well as in personal 1:1 coaching containers.
2) YIN YOGA IMMERSION (75 Min)
During the second part of this workshop, you’ll cool down with a beautiful Yin Yoga Immersion, guided by Nicola.
This Yin Yoga session takes you on a journey through the five elements and their associated meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Your body is the key to unlocking the doors to your inner self. With Yin Yoga, you can find a deep connection to yourself by focusing on your body. Long-held positions stimulate the meridians and connective tissue (fascia), which hold both physical and emotional information.
Allow yourself to be guided into a deep relaxation and the realization of how the elements of this Earth guide and shape you. This immersion aims to create a space of stillness for you.
This two-part workshop will enable you to experience a sense of balance, harmony, and emotional release. Melinda and Nicola will create a safe and supportive environment where you can freely express and experience your authentic self.

Nicola is a Holistic Therapist, Transformational Guide & Breathwork Teacher, as well as a Yin Yoga Teacher.
