Mario Cosmico developed the Body Awakening though his own journey to understanding his body and soul. Through his travels and experiences around the world, he developed this hands on body work, healing method that brings acknowledgement to the physical, spirit and soul, as one. It integrating skills inspired by a deep-tissue body healing method known as ‘Structural Integration.’

WHAT IS THE EVENT ABOUT?

The Body Awakening Journey is a workshop giving an overview of the body, emotions, and energy. Attendees will gain new awareness about how to treat their bodies in a more wholesome light.

WHAT WILL I LEARN FROM THIS?

The Body Awakening Journey is not only experienced once, but a constant reawakening, an expansion of our bodies awareness and intelligence. It starts with understanding the story of the body, the emotions of the soul, and the process of which we have fused them into our experience.

Once we allow the Body Awakening Journey to take course, releasing all that has kept us in the same story, we open ourselves to complete change. We begin to notice the nuances of the world, because we have allowed our body to regain consciousness, to see with new eyes, to breathe new air, to feel every inch within and outside of our being.

Many feel energised and renewed after completing the Body Awakening Journey. Some take part in the practice to constantly open new doors that bring us closer to ourselves and the universe around us. Ultimately, you will feel a state of bliss in everyday life.

WHO IS MARIO?

Mario is a cosmic healer from Mexico. Over the past 17 years of traveling and working as a physiotherapist globally, he has developed the Body Awakening technique by integrating skills inspired by a deep-tissue body healing method known as ‘Structural Integration’ along with his own sense of energy flow within the body. The application of the Body Awakening technique appears similar to a massage, however the approach and the results are significantly more profound, transforming your being: your body, mind and soul.
