The fastest way past the ego is through the breath.
Conscious connected breathing is a circular breathing method in which we skip the pause between the in- & exhale. This allows us to dive into our subconscious and help us to promote inner processes, unfold ourselves, enhance self-awareness, release energetic or physical blockages. Leave behind the everyday stress, balance your nervous system, work through personal issues or simply come and enjoy the ride.
In addition to your breath, music and sound form the foundation of the session. This immersive experience is accompanied by instruments, tuning forks, and vocal toning to stimulate and enhance your journey.
By combining these powerful tools with the supportive strength of other men, we create a safe space where you can let yourself go and let things happen as they may. We want to open the space before and after the session to give you the opportunity to speak openly and listen with empathy. It's a protected setting where anything can occur, without any compulsion.
The session will last about 2 ½ hours, incorporating some embodiment exercise and a sharing circle before and after the 1-hour-long breathing session.
