To celebrate, Tanja Iovene will guide you through a beautiful yoga practice to help you open your heart and connect with your body. Lotte from Blōemologie will give you a brief introduction to the wonderful world of essential oils, focusing on the emotional and physical uses of the oils of abundance, self-love and growth and the creation of a lovely skincare oil to pamper body and soul.
In this workshop, you will enjoy a yoga practice that is designed to cultivate calm inner awareness by fluidly & gracefully moving through heart-opening yoga poses and sequences that will help to deepen your capacity to receive abundance and allow you to feel and express emotions. During this yoga class, you get to explore the balance between movement & stillness, effort & ease, and strength & surrender.
After the yoga class, you will learn what essential oils are and how to use them, experience them in three ways, and create your own body oil to treat your body and boost your mood.

Lotte is a certified aromatherapist and essential oils enthusiast. There is nothing she loves more than sharing the benefits of the world’s purest essential oils to provide easy and effective solutions so you can feel better and live more, naturally. She is dedicated to helping you learn to use these wonderful plant extracts, in simple ways, to balance and restore your mind, body and spirit in a way that cares for people and the planet.
Tanja is a certified Alignment-based, pre -and postnatal yoga teacher, and is passionate about running. She loves sharing about the therapeutic effects of yoga to offer her students real-world benefits off the mat. Her passion is to help people find the joy and importance of daily movement, freedom of breath, and calmness of the mind through yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation. Tanja’s approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that freedom in the body creates freedom in the mind. A healthy and strong body frees the passages that connect it to the mind and the energetic heart allowing one to live in harmony with herself and the world.
